Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type
IReadOnlyListDouble. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see

Exceptions Remarks The interquartile range is the interval between the 25th and the 75th percentile.
Statistics textbooks define this range as the width of this interval, but since we
have to compute the endpoints to get the width, we return the full Interval.
